Minor site update/upgrade

One of our new users, MidnightSlacker, noticed there’s a box in the start menu where something like a user-specific image (Avatar) is supposed to load; seems WordPress didn’t come with much for avatars to begin with.

Located and installed a plugin for it, although in all honesty I’ll probably be keeping a close eye on the avatars being used – keep them clean or they’ll be gone :)

Oh, and if you don’t upload one, it’s using a randomly generated fractal image or something now.  I honestly have no idea what it’s called but I kinda like it :)
